We finally found our moose today. Not two but two pairs… of mother and juvenile. We have been hiking a bit and talking about what to do if we cross paths with a moose. Moose are apparently one of the few animals you can and should run from if they get aggressive. They mainly just ignore you, but if they get angry, they just want you out of their space or else they will stomp you. Another option is to find a tree, rock, or such to hide behind as we are way more agile than they. The four we saw today gave us little mind. Reminded me of coming upon a cow. Majestic beasts with the attitude of a cow.
